Assistant General Manager Jeremiah Brosowske, Human Resources Manager Deborah Martinez and board secretary Crystal Escalera have been ousted at the West Valley Water District. New West Valley Water District Board President Channing Hawkins is clearing house and other board members are getting rid of people within the organization who are seen as unfit for the job.
